Maintenance Requests

About the Tenant Request web site

Your property management company has provided a web site for entering and tracking Tenant Requests. They will provide a web address, user name and password for using the Tenant Request web site.
NOTE: the screen shots included are for instructional purposes. Contents may vary depending on the set-up of your property’s Tenant Request Web Site.

 

Logging In

Establish an internet connection, open a web browser and enter the web address to the Tenant Request web site, as provided by your property management company. Click the Tenant Request link. The Login screen is displayed.

  • Click the E-mail Address field and enter your e-mail address.
  • Click the Password field and enter your password.
  • Click Submit. The New Service Request screen is displayed
