The Tenant Lounge and Conference Center is a modern space thoughtfully designed to boost productivity, collaboration, and relaxation. This versatile amenity combines comfort and functionality, offering tenants an exceptional environment for both work and downtime. Conveniently located on the 3rd floor, the Conference Center is ideal for meetings of all sizes, from private one-on-one discussions to board meetings and presentations for up to 125 guests. With easy access to a catering kitchen, storage areas, and coat closets, every detail has been covered.
Need extra space? Your group can gather in the Tenant Lounge to prepare for the next presentation, network, or unwind between sessions. The Lounge is also available in the evenings for happy hours, post-conference dinners, and corporate celebrations.

Michigan Plaza employees are invited to work, network, or enjoy lunch in the tenant lounge, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
