The Lobby Lounge offers tenants a comfortable space to connect with colleagues or take a break from the office.

The Second Floor Lounge and East Plaza provide an inviting indoor lounge, a furnished walk-out terrace, and engaging amenities like a bocce ball court, cornhole, and a putting green. With stunning city views and lush greenery, it's an ideal setting for collaboration or relaxation. It’s a perfect spot to grab lunch, get some fresh air, or network, and is open to all Michigan Plaza employees from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

For larger gatherings, you can reserve the entire lounge or plaza for your next corporate event, accommodating up to 290 guests.
