Fitness Center

Michigan Plaza and Transwestern have partnered with The LifeStart Wellness Network, a premier national provider of comprehensive health and wellness solutions, preventative care strategies and unparalleled fitness operations to manage the operations of Michigan Plaza Fitness Center and to provide value-added amenity services to the tenants of the building.

The Center is on the third floor (Suite 350) of 205 N Michigan Ave. This center has been designed to meet the needs of the Michigan Plaza tenants, with the following highlights of the center:

  • State of the Art Cardiovascular Fitness Equipment, all equipped with Personal TV’s
    • Treadmills, Ellipticals, AMT’s, Bikes, etc.
  • A complete line of LifeFitness Selectorized weight machines
  • A dedicated Free Weight area
  • Group Exercise Studio, where various classes including Yoga, Cycling, Core and Muscle Pump classes will be held (at no additional cost)
  • Locker Rooms equipped with all products required (Hair Dryers, Straight Irons, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Deodorant, Cotton Swabs, Razors, Mouthwash, After Shave, etc.)
  • Towel Service
  • Staffed with Degreed and Certified Exercise Physiologist
  • LifeStart’s unique wellness programs, Health Risk Assessments, and Preventative Care programs.

The Fitness Center Hours are Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. For more information please call 312.488.4855 or email kregan@lifestart.net.
