Tenant Improvement Work

If you are planning to do any type of modifications to your space, you must notify the Office of the Building at 312.819.6000. Any construction, HVAC or plumbing plans must be submitted to the Office of the Building for review before work commences. Michigan Plaza is a Union Building.
