General Rules and Regulations
| 1. | Tenant shall not in any manner deface or injure the Building or any part thereof, nor do anything tending to injure the reputation of the Building or its occupants. |
| 2. | Tenant shall not install any sign, lettering, pictures, notice, advertisement, or object unacceptable to Landlord against glass partitions, door or windows which would be visible from the Building’s corridors, or place same on any outside window or in a position available from outside the Building. Tenant agrees to promptly remove same upon notice from Landlord. Any sign, lettering, picture, notice or advertisement installed within the Premises which is visible to the public from within the Building shall be installed at Tenant’s cost and in such manner, character and style as approved by prior written consent of Landlord. |
| 3. | Tenant shall not, in advertising or other publicity, without prior written consent of Landlord, use the name of the Building (Michigan Plaza or the name “Illinois Center”). |
