Deliveries

Loading Dock Information

The Michigan Plaza loading dock is open Monday-Friday, 7am - 4:30 pm. Any vehicle left on the dock after the one-hour time limit is required to park off-site. CPS Parking is available one-half block east of the dock on Lower East South Water Street.  Staging is allowed on the dock. Any deliveries requiring more than one hour must be scheduled for after dock hours.  Damage to the freight elevators will be billed back to the tenant responsible for the delivery. Michigan Plaza is a union building. All persons performing work must be union and have a current  certificate of insurance on file with the Office of the Building.
