Umbrella Exchange
On “rainy days” there will be a limited supply of “Michigan Plaza Umbrellas” available at the security desk for the tenants of Michigan Plaza; simply, exchange a building ID for an umbrella. The ID will be kept on file until the umbrella is returned. We ask that the umbrella is returned within 12 hours of check out. There will be a $20 fee for a lost umbrella charged to the tenant's company on their next rent statement.
